My offer on a house was accepted on a public holiday, Lachlan was contactable and super helpful over the phone when I called to enquire about a Building and Pest inspection (I had alot of questions) The booking process online was easy, Lachlan was on site on time, really friendly and answered all of my questions again before he did his walk through of the property. His inspection was thorough, and I got a rundown of any areas of concern on the spot so that I could physically look at the areas of the house myself which made it really clear what if anything could be of concern now or in the future. Really great inspection results. Booked on Sunday for an inspection the following wednesday. He was super transparent and thorough. Struggled to communicate with him a little bit and if purchasing a property, i wouldn't recommend opting for him to communicate with the real estate agent on your behalf but i can imagine it would be difficult to organise, so i understand communication issues to a degree. Would absolutely book with this business again, overall very happy with minor issues.
