Admired B&P were efficient, professional, and expedited our requests in a timely manner.
Lachlan was excellent to work with. The B&P final report was detailed and extremely thorough. As this was our first house purchase, Lachlan was readily available to discuss the report and put our mind at ease. He was very personable and easy to work with.
Thank you Lachlan :)!

I was very happy with the building and pest inspection from Lachlan and the team at Admired Building & Pest Inspection. Lachlan was very thorough and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. The real estate agent was so impressed she took his business card.

We went with Lachlan as first-time buyers and I would highly recommend him. He was very thorough and explained a lot about building materials and what we prioritise fixing up around the property.

Best money I ever spent! Service was excellent from start to finish - efficient booking, prompt responses, clear line of communication, extremely thorough inspection and detailed report delivered that same evening with very clear documentation of evidence, supported by photos, diagrams and summaries. The briefing at the property was very professional, and my confidentiality was maintained when dealing with the real estate agent. Highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with Lachlan. He arrived in time at the property and did a thorough inspection. Also we got the detailed report very quick within 12 hours of inspection. Definitely recommend in the future.

Great to deal with. I followed up about a week after receiving the report and Lachlan was happy to take the call and talk me through some questions I had about the property. Highly recommend.
