Building and Pest Inspection Services
OUR SERVICES
Choose your inspection
Every inspection is carried out by Lachlan personally – QBCC licensed builder and pest controller. Drone roof inspection, thermal imaging, moisture readings, sub-floor and roof void access and a same-day written report are included as standard, never an add-on.
The full inspection before you buy – structure, roof, sub-floor, wet areas, termites and timber pests, all in one same-day report.
Know before you list. A report you can hand to buyers and agents so nothing surprises you at contract.
Termites, borers and fungal decay to AS 4349.3, with thermal imaging and moisture readings. Same-day report.
Slab, frame, lock-up and practical completion – independent checks at each stage so defects are fixed before you pay the next progress claim.
A defect list for your builder before you sign off – so it’s fixed before handover, not after.
Shops, offices, warehouses and industrial units – condition, defect and pre-lease reports.
Chemical barriers, baiting, live colony treatment and rectification of termite-damaged timber.
Inspecting across Ipswich, Brisbane, Logan, the Lockyer Valley and Somerset. Not sure which inspection you need? Call Lachlan on 0400 076 162.

Industrial & Commercial Building Inspections
We have the experience and capability to perform a wide range of industrial and commercial building inspections. During our time conducting building and pest inspections on commercial and industrial properties, we have worked on a wide range of spaces. We inspect showrooms, art studios, distribution centres, commercial units, storage facilities, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, heavy manufacturing and light assembly, and similar buildings, and provide a detailed industrial or commercial building inspection report as part of our service. We also understand the dynamics of industrial buildings and the need to accommodate a continuous manufacturing process.

Drone Aerial Inspections
Drone aerial building inspections offer an innovative and cost-effective way to inspect buildings at height. We provide drone aerial inspections in 4K HD to assist building and pest inspections at height.
A drone aerial inspection provides visual assessments where access is limited or challenging. Currently, rooftop access is not permitted for any area over 3.6 metres high. Erecting scaffolding to allow an inspection over this height is time-consuming and expensive. Because of this, areas above 3.5 metres are omitted from building inspections. Our drone building inspections will enable us to carry out a comprehensive check on all areas of the property.
Our drone is impressively powerful and can identify and photograph defects in roof conditions such as cracked tiles, bad pointing, rusted or corroded roofing and gutters, blocked gutters, damaged solar panels and air conditioners. Inspections are completed quickly and with minimal disruption, providing you with an easy, cost-effective way to identify potential issues on your property.
