Pre-Purchase Building & Pest Inspections
A pre-purchase building and pest inspection, commonly referred to as a building inspection report, is a professional and thorough inspection of a property’s structural and pest condition before purchase. Pre-purchase building inspections highlight any issues found in the property structure. The inspection includes but is not limited to timber, brickwork, concrete slab construction, insulation, heating, electrical wiring, gas fittings, asbestos, roofing, water tanks, plumbing, termite or other pest infestation. A pre-purchase building and pest inspection is a worthwhile investment for anyone that intends to purchase a property.
New Building Inspections

Roof Inspections
Roof inspections are a vital step for any property buyer or owner. That’s because the roof is one of the most vulnerable parts of your home. Flashing, ventilation, and insulation are just a few of the things that all need to be in good shape to prevent costly repairs down the line. Warranty Inspections
When we deal with new builds, people often ask, “what happens if something goes wrong?” That’s why warranties exist, to give homeowners peace of mind that their new homes are in good shape—or at least, they are when the warranty period expires. Warranty inspections occur during the warranty period (usually 12 months) after the building is complete. A warranty inspection will identify any discernible defects in the completed work. The owner can request that the builder fixes the issues listed in the report under their warranty obligations. A warranty inspection is essential to identify and rectify defects before they become a headache and a potentially costly problem to resolve once the warranty has expired.

Drone Aerial Inspections
Drone aerial building inspections offer an innovative and cost-effective way to inspect buildings at height. We provide drone aerial inspections in 4K HD to assist building and pest inspections at height, building planning and development, plus building maintenance and repair.
A drone aerial inspection provides visual assessments where access is limited or challenging. Currently, rooftop access is not permitted for any area over 3.6 metres high. Erecting scaffolding to allow an inspection over this height is time-consuming and expensive. Because of this, areas above 3.5 metres are omitted from building inspections. Our drone building inspections will enable us to carry out a comprehensive check on all areas of the property.
Our drone is impressively powerful and can identify and photograph defects in roof conditions such as cracked tiles, bad pointing, rusted or corroded roofing and gutters, blocked gutters, damaged solar panels and air conditioners. Inspections are completed quickly and with minimal disruption, providing you with an easy, cost-effective way to identify potential issues on your property.
